Summary:Would track and report on public benefit programs. Would request that the Human Service Department track and report on the state’s safety net data -- covering programs that provide TANF and food insecurity benefits. Would require outreach to inform eligible residents of existing programs and engage community leaders and stakeholders of barriers to enrollment in public-benefit programs.
